Terms & Conditions – Car Rental Services

• 1. Booking & Confirmation: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by the rental provider.
• 2. Payment: Advance payment or a booking deposit may be required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid as agreed before or during the trip.
• 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the applicable booking policy.
• 4. Vehicle Availability: The vehicle provided will be subject to availability. In exceptional circumstances, an equivalent vehicle may be provided.
• 5. Rental Duration: The rental period will be calculated according to the agreed pickup and drop-off times. Additional charges may apply for extensions or delays.
• 6. Fuel Charges: Fuel charges will be handled as specified in the booking agreement. Any additional fuel expenses outside the agreed package may be charged separately.
• 7. Toll & Parking Charges: Toll taxes, parking fees, state entry permits and other applicable charges are payable as specified in the selected rental package.
• 8. Driver Allowance: Driver allowance, night charges, and overtime charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
• 9. Route & Distance: The vehicle must be used for the agreed route and destination. Additional kilometres, route changes or extra trips may incur additional charges.
• 10. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers must follow applicable traffic and safety regulations. The vehicle's permitted seating capacity must not be exceeded.
• 11. Damage & Misuse: Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence or prohibited activities may be chargeable to the responsible customer, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
• 12. Prohibited Use: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or any purpose not permitted under the rental agreement.
• 13. Unforeseen Circumstances: The rental provider shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, adverse weather, road closures, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• 14. Customer Conduct: Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and follow reasonable safety instructions throughout the journey.
• 15. Policy Acceptance: By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions and any additional terms communicated at the time of reservation.

• Additional charges, cancellation fees and other applicable conditions will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation. All terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
