URBANIA 16-SEATER – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• *Vehicle:** Force Urbania 16-Seater
• *Rate:** ₹35 per KM
• *Day Rental:** ₹4,000 per day

# TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. **Minimum Running:** Minimum daily running and billing will be as agreed at the time of booking.
• 2. **Per KM Charges:** The vehicle will be charged at ₹35 per kilometre for the applicable trip distance.
• 3. **Day Rental:** The day rental is ₹4,000 per day, subject to the agreed itinerary, duty hours, and travel distance.
• 4. **Driver Allowance:** Driver allowance, night charges, and other driver-related expenses will be communicated before booking confirmation.
• 5. **Toll & Parking:** Toll tax, parking fees, state entry tax, permits, and other applicable government charges will be payable by the customer unless specifically included in the quotation.
• 6. **Extra Hours:** Additional duty hours, late-night usage, or trips beyond the agreed schedule may attract extra charges.
• 7. **Overnight Stay:** Driver accommodation and night halt charges, if applicable, will be payable by the customer.
• 8. **Advance Payment:** An advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid as mutually agreed.
• 9. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellation charges, if any, will depend on the booking date, cancellation notice, and expenses already incurred.
• 10. **Route & Itinerary:** Any change in the agreed route, destination, travel dates, or itinerary may result in additional charges.
• 11. **Waiting Time:** Unscheduled waiting, delays, or extended vehicle usage may attract additional charges.
• 12. **Passenger Responsibility:** Passengers must follow safety instructions and must not damage the vehicle. Cleaning or repair charges for damage caused by passengers may be recovered from the customer.
• 13. **Luggage:** Customers are requested to ensure that luggage fits safely within the vehicle's available luggage space.
• 14. **Availability:** Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
• 15. **Unforeseen Circumstances:** Delays or service changes caused by traffic, road closures, weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled accordingly.
• 16. **Final Billing:** The final bill will be calculated according to the confirmed booking terms, actual applicable kilometres or agreed day rental, and any additional charges disclosed to the customer.
