Be Unique Tour & Travel arranges holiday packages, car rentals, and bookings for flights, trains, buses, hotels, darshan tickets and visa assistance. Where a service is provided by a third party such as an airline, railway, hotel or temple authority, that party's own terms also apply.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry on this website does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you by call, WhatsApp or email, and any required payment is received.
Prices and availability
Prices, rates and availability shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice. The final price is the one we confirm at the time of booking.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment terms, cancellation charges and refunds depend on the service booked and on the rules of the airline, railway, hotel or other provider. We will tell you the applicable charges before you confirm. Service or convenience fees charged by us, if any, are non-refundable unless we state otherwise.
Travel documents and customer responsibility
You are responsible for giving correct names, dates and contact details, and for carrying valid ID, visas, tickets and other documents needed for your trip. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect information or missing documents.
Limitation of liability
We act as an agent for third-party providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, accidents, injury, loss or damage caused by providers, weather, strikes, government action or other events beyond our control. Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service.
Privacy
We collect the details you submit (name, phone, email, travel details) only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal data. We share it with providers only as needed to complete your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Brahmapur, Odisha.
